Refund Policy

The products have a 14-day right of return upon receipt of the order, for unused products in good condition for sale in their original sales packaging. For returns, we charge a postage of € 5.90. For non-collected packages, we charge € 19.90, which covers the cost of packaging the product and postage. 

Return instructions

If you want to return the product(s) you have bought possible, follow these steps: 

  1. Contact our customer service at info@trainntreat.com. We will email you a printable waybill for easy return.
  2. Please make sure that the returned products are in as new and in a marketable condition (including original sales packaging).
  3. Pack the products to be returned carefully and mark the return package with ‘Customer Returns’, order number (#xxxx) and your own contact details. Do not make markings or glue package cards to products in the sales package.
  4. Deliver returns to any Post office pick-up point. Pickup points can be found at:

  1. Request a tracking ID and receipt for your return so you can wait for the returned delivery. Lost shipments will not be refunded without a tracking ID. 

Upon receipt of the refund, we will notify you via email and refund the money to your account.
